I use this one. It was cheap and works great. Battery life is excellent, good clarity, easy to use, automatically syncs with the PS3, and displays on the screen as your controller does (battery status/connected/muted).
Highly recommended:

Buy a capture card and stick with elgato or the HDPvr. Depends on what type of computer you have which is best.
I've heard elgato is best on macs and HDPvrs are better with windows.
Also.... you WILL need an HDMI splitter that will filter out the HDCP that Ps3 has to prevent recording in HD or else you'll have to hook up through component and your quality will suffer.
Supposedly THIS one is the best and eliminates HDCP totally so you can hook up HDMI from PS3 to splitter, HDMI to capture device, then HDMI to laptop/pc and to the TV.
Personally, I have the HDPvr Rocket which is portable and can capture on the fly. You can hook it up hard wired or record freestanding to a SD Card. Its THIS one.
As long as you have something like an Eagle Eye... You can play any PS3 game with a mouse and keyboard. I'm pretty sure the only games with mouse and keyboard support already are:
Yeah I went with the sony KDL-55W900A. It's been great so far
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AWKBZ0M/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1398105701&sr=8-1&pi=SX200_QL40
I use the Sony PS3 wireless headset. It's pretty good. You can get it for much cheaper than $99 though if you look around.
When you say "cheap," I assume you're not talking about the $100+ stuff people here are recommending. If so:
I wanted a mic basically just for TLOU, especially since the PS4 will come with a headset. I got the Gioteck EX-01 from Target for $20 and it has worked fine. No teammates have complained about the sound, decent battery life, and so light it's hardly noticeable. The sound quality is obviously not comparable to the other ones people have mentioned, but it's super cheap and more than functional.
Just pick up a wireless headset.
I have like 3 now, and i'm telling you its WELL worth your money.
My ps3 stereo headset works AMAZINGLY with every game, but it also works for PC gaming, which is spectacular.
Other than used, buying a download code off amazon is the cheapest way to get the main game:

For wired i'd go with
http://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Amplified-Stereo-Headset-Playstation-3/dp/B00E5UHSXI/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1395154095&sr=1-1&keywords=turtle+beach+ps3
Great sound with independent game/voice volume controls(Which I hate that the Sony Wireless lacks.)
The circle is a veeeery slow connection
Which is what you have
I used to have it alla time.
You prolly need to buy a WiFi extender, I got mine for 25$ on Amazon, a tp link.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00KVIXCCO/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?qid=1426848284&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70&keywords=tp+link+extender&dpPl=1&dpID=31kRWEG1AHL&ref=plSrch
You just plug it to a wall and depending on your router you may need to plug a cable in it and a PC to manually change settings but basically you hook it up 100-300 ft away from a router after setting it up, then you connect psn WiFi to the extender. If it's close enough you can use a wired connection too.

I used to use this one, but once I started recording my gameplays I had to upgrade/downgrade to this one.

You'd need a splitter.
Youtube tutorial here.
And it's Sony cockblocking the Elgato. PS3 cockblocked too, which is why there was the component cable hookup.
If there’s some crap in there that won’t blow out, next step would be electronics lubricant:

They use the wiring in your house to deliver your internet. One kit comes with two plugs. They each have to be plugged directly into the wall. One next to the router and the other next to the playstation. Then it's as simple as connecting the Ethernet cables. It's a no bullshit set up. A monkey could do it. Here's a solid kit if the only thing your connecting us your playstation. Not too expensive. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AWRUIY4/ref=mp_s_a_1_5/181-1842355-4797465?qid=1405818766&sr=1-5&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70
It comes with:
If you're thinking of buying it, consider going to Amazon & getting a download Code Voucher for around $20. Here's a link to the page.
There are no Weapons, Hats/Masks/Helmets, or Survival Skills added in the Remastered Edition, you'll have to buy those seperately. Any previously purchased DLC you have bought for the PS3 version of TLoU will be available to you.
