You did good listening to only one flagger, the chain man shouldn't have stepped between between the equipment and the work when he didn't have to. The flagger should be watching you and anyone else as well. A tip about your chaining method, going around the bucket like that is not very secure as the chain can slide around side to side and forward/back. Get yourself some weld on grab hooks and weld them to the corners of the bucket facing back, usually one placed in the middle as well. This gives you three secure chain points to work with so you can use shorter safer chaining.

Pretty sure that this is an illustration from one of my favorite childhood books
Good idea, but useless unless you have a m3 of space around each nipple!
Had those aswell as these , the latter are better but get gummed up with dust and chaff. Decided to just settle with normal ones in the end
Found another one, so I was wrong that they don't make ATV tires in 23". I'd have to check the load rating on these.

Consider buying this DVD. It's old and not super high-quality buy the guy walks you through every step with normal shop tools. There's one on rebuilding the engine and another on a tune-up.
so, i guess this is what he wants http://www.amazon.com/Kubota-B7000-Operators-Manual-Special/dp/B007HOE38M
and he's unsure of the price since it appears to be a photocopied book and the seller doesn't ship to where he is. based on the fact that we can't find it anywhere, i think this is all he's going to find
Not to be a downer, but Bill just recently died. This summer he finished his second book while battling Parkinson's.

Damn shame, they were supposed to be good tractors according to my dad.
