If you can spend a little cash, get some or all of these things for your hair quality and growth:
-MSM
-A multi-vitamin/supplement targeting hair
-Quality shampoo and conditioner
These are a few of the things I use and my hair and nails grow so fast I can't keep up. I paint my nails and like 3 days later they need to be repainted due to growth. :)
edit: oh yeah, and take Biotin. You dont need much since all the above things also include it.

I used to wear makeup all the time before I discovered I was a nonbinary/maybe-FtM person. What a lot of tutorials don't say is that you can rub the eyeliner directly on the lashes at the lashline. You'll quite literally hear it making a scratchy noise at it goes across the lashes (but it never thinned my lashes since I used soft pencils).
Also, if your pencil is hard to apply, consider trying a new brand even if it may be more expensive. I've met people who swear by Nyx and Urban Decay. If a pencil goes on easier, you'll save money by not having to apply and wipe it off to start over.
Another trick is using an eyeshadow applicator (these things https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01CJ4IMN6/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1483912000&sr=8-1&keywords=eyeshadow+applicators) to blend eyeliner and make any small imperfections disappear. You can do this by taking the applicator and rubbing back and forth by about a millimeter with light pressure.
Lastly, you look absolutely stunning. Your face shape is so cute and round, and the combination of your eyes and lips are gorgeous.
