My daughter cut for awhile. She's been in counseling for about a year now and it seems to have stopped (but it's not like I inspect her entire body with a flashlight or anything so I can only continue to hope and pray and be there for her).

We got this workbook for her at first which seemed to help: workbook can be bought on Amazon

And her therapist uses EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) which has also really helped. This therapy tool is fascinating to learn about. Wikipedia page: EMDR

Np! Soak it in hot water to soften it and apply this. Let it dry and put a bandaid on it. Apply in the morning and at night. Every day you can take a knife and carve away the dead skin so the acid gets to the roots easier. Mine was gone in a few days.

You know that tool that doctors use that has a small hole in the center? It has a handle, and the doctor takes it and pushes it into things like these, and sometimes large blackheads to get the dirt to surface more.

I want to use that tool SOOO bad on this guy. but then id throw up
