As far as I know, there aren’t any official hoodies/sweatshirts like the one you described. There are plenty of bootleg ones like this, however.

Other than that it would be Ebay (~$70) most coming out of South Korea. For the original best bet would be ebay ($100-175) or the one listing on Amazon ($150).
Their is a chance you could get one (candy bong z) at the concert as well but dont expect a large quantity to be available. Also I would see if you get the preorder stuff if you purchase from Amazon or Ebay some will have it and some wont.
