Thanks for the input - that's really helpful. Seems Impact Action is certainly the best bet. Since you're offering ( thank you ), what's the best entry level speed ball gun that you would recommend?

Tips for the Newberg drive in:
Gates open at 6:30pm.
There is always a double feature. They give you time to leave between the first and second movie. You can also move your car between shows (lots of people bolt after the first show..it gets really late..2nd movie starts around midnight).
Bring a portable am/fm radio. Don't tempt your car battery going dry. I purchased this Panasonic Am/FM radio from amazon and it does the trick. They broadcast on 96.5 FM
Sundays are the best nights to go due to everyone working next morning. I can't vouch for Thursdays. If you go Friday or Saturday, the following applies:
Get. There. Early. There will be a line around the corner of HWY 99 and Debroah Rd going so far as along Hayes St. You WILL say "holy shit look at this line..." . If you want a semi-decent spot once you're in, be in line NLT 5pm. If you think I'm blowing smoke, I guarantee if you show up at 6:30 you won't get in.
The concession line can be a test of patience. I highly suggest you bring your own. On the sold out weekend nights, we've watched people leave for popcorn and never come back. Just kidding...but still, 40 min waits in line? Not ok.
If you're coming in a hatchback (SUV, wagon, or the like) and plan on parking backwards to lay down in the cargo area, you will need to bring tie-down ropes or bungie cords to ensure your hatch doesn't raise past the roof of your vehicle. The people who are parked in the row behind you don't want to see your hatch. Be courteous.
Hope you have fun!
As someone who's clumsy and unlucky I've experienced 10 or so nail injuries split between my feet and hands. I recall growing somewhat concerned that the new growth appeared to be digging under the skin the first 2-3 times. Although both injury types of ripping off vs. blood pooling below the nail, I recall they both followed a similar healing process. I really wouldn't be concerned about anything other than an infection. Take a look at google images and see if one appears similar to your situation and see what the outcome was.
Here's a useful timelapse of someone who experienced the nail staying intact after injury that may ease your worries.

Additionally, here's an awesome tool I just became aware of for self treating ingrown nails:

I bought this and mounted it on a 16' extension pole from Lowe's. It works pretty well for a 2-story house.

Check out these books, they're written by a rockhound who owns a shop near seattle. They're a great starting point to find out what to look for and where to look.
We got an air filter. We had to spend a little but it's worked out extremely well. This is the one we got: http://www.amazon.com/GermGuardian-AC4825-Cleaning-Reduction-22-Inch/dp/B004VGIGVY
Do you have access to the computer? If so how much access?
You could install a simple key-logger that runs in the background and logs every keystroke made, then check the logs and you will have his password.
If you don't have that much access to the computer then you need to remove a couple screws pull out the hard drive and install it in another computer as a secondary hard drive. Once you locate/remove the hard drive in his computer it's as easy as using a tool like this http://www.amazon.com/sabrent-Converter-Supply-Activity-USB-DSC5/dp/B000HJ99DI to hook it up to another computer.
If you still can't access the files after doing that, then you need to hire a professional. PM me with any questions.
It does have a longer life, and comes with a guarantee that can be passed on to the next homeowner (if I decide to sell my home). An occasional powerwash is the only maintenance it needs. I got the "Cedar" color. It has a "random" grain to it that makes each panel uniform, but unique. I think it only comes in 6'.
There's also "Redwood" color and white you can find on their website.
They also installed a Pet Peek window for the dog. I bought it separately and they installed it - (in use)
[Edit: Added link to Amazon and my review with pics of the dog using the window.]
Are you thinking of those things that are connected to your sink to rinse things that are too big to fit completely under the faucet?
This is what I am imagining:
