I'd recommend a glove called Atlas Therma Fit. You can sometimes find them locally at hardware stores, not Walmart, in their gardening glove section. They're on Amazon too. They provide the best balance of warmth and grip while still being able to feel buttons on a Telxon. Also make sure your head and ears are covered by a hoodie or beanie and move around a lot! If you're standing around not working up body heat you'll get cold quickly no matter what you wear.

Blue t-shirt, khaki or black dickies, unzipped vest, keen steel toe construction shoes. I do mods until 2am then from 3am to 7am i run our GM backroom. Im the only surviving ims in our store and its just something that has stuck. I bin all non consumable gm freight. Stage for cap 1 and cap 2. Organize the nights freight worked or unworked. Breakdown and put up top steel pdq and features. Then at 7:15am i hand the nights rundown to our SM. Leave about 7:20am. I AM CAP 3

Edit: these are the shoe in question. Its amazing goinf on two years and still holding strong.

May I also recommend Sweat Block? Sweat Block I know we sold it in our deodorant aisle years ago, don’t know if we still do. They’re these stronger clinical strength wipes that you pat on your armpits and it lasts for up to a week. You can use deodorant as usual. I used to use it all the time when I was IMS because I sweated so much in the backroom, and it was a lifesaver. I’ve been back on my store’s mod team for almost 3 years now, tho, and don’t have a need for Sweat Block anymore.

Also, how old is the fragrances you’re using? They do expire after so long. Just another thing to be mindful of. I strongly recommend cutting back on fragrance application.

These kind work really well for me. http://www.amazon.com/Carhartt-Mens-Glove-Large-X-Large/dp/B005I34SZM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1464756021&sr=8-3&keywords=carhartt+gloves

Or the ones with knuckle protection. However, you'll be surprised to find out how quickly this job can wear out a pair of sturdy gloves. Even leather, it'll be smooth within a month.

I'd recommend insoles for your shoes, too, and honestly, I wouldn't work CAP2 without safety-toe boots. Steel or composite, your choice. It's just an added layer of safety. Broken toes are not fun.

Try following this book. You can take the smoothie in one of these to work. They taste sooo much better than they look!

been scrolling around reddit, apologize for 3 days late

these gloves have worked for the past four weeks quite well. would recommend for frozen dairy. also i usually just wear a t-shirt and a button up on top. if i'm going in the freezer to cap, then i'll wear the jackets they have lying around

I found an identical one on Amazon but the model number says it's for the MC55 and MC65, however I can't find one for the TC70, which suggests that this holster also works for it. I can't be certain of course.

/u/KingJosh388 could you ask your sporting goods guy if this is what he bought?

It's a Cisco AIR-ANT2544V4M-R antenna, if anyone ACTUALLY wants to know what it is. They connect to an access point back inside the building so the Telxons etc work out in the parking lot. Here's a link to buy one if you want one for your house.

I went to the shoe department and spent an hr. trying on shoes after getting an exact measurement with the shoe measuring device.

They sell various mailboxes for packages. They're basically smaller versions of the blue USPS drop boxes.

Sorry for the late reply, I couldn't remember the name of them for shit but here they are

Some Sketchers shoes, they are lightly padded, but I always wear thick wool socks. I cartpush in them and haven't had any foot problems.

Watch some dumb ass YouTube videos or something to take your mind off shit. It's the frustration from not being able to sleep that's like a cycle, that then prevents you from getting sleep. Otherwise try Sudoku or something to keep your mind occupied.
