If you have to buy another charger, I would look into the Speaker dock it might be kind of expensive, but I love having mine. It also uses a different charging method, by using the gold contacts on the bottom of the xoom.
Not exactly a sleeve, so it may not be what you're looking for, but my "soft" case of choice is this guy: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004XRSLB6/
It's a $25 version of the leather portfolio case that I actually like more than the official one. It doesn't add much in terms of bulk, easy to pop the xoom in and out of, adds a nice level of "grip" when moving it around, and most importantly, keeps the device from getting scratched to hell in transit.
Wacom does make a bamboo stylus for capacitive displays (called Bamboo Stylus for iPad). I use one with my xoom, and it works great.

The tip is replaceable, if you can find some, I ordered 3 replacement tips directly from Wacom a while back, but I don't have the link to it right now.

Example of the iPad 2/Touchpad Case? I use this one and it works fairly well for both.
I'm using a Case Logic PLS-9 Ultraportable Netbook Sleeve for my Xoom. Decent fit (some room around the top), has a pocket on the front for cables and/or power adapter, and thick padding. The interior is a sort of microfiber material that does a nice job protecting the screen, too.
My only gripe is there's no handle or strap for carrying, but it's a small gripe.
I am thinking of getting this.
