Secondly, thank you SO much for such kind words! Those who know me well know that there is plenty of darkness in my character, despite me being a pretty cheerful guy. I feel like that was extremely helpful in performing Yagami, because he's clearly had a history that has scarred him in different ways. But seriously, I'm a huge gamer. I play lots of stuff as long as it has a good story; finally catching up on the new God of War right now and loving it. I read a lot of books, particularly sci-fi and fantasy because I also write it, and I love music.

Great to see it coming out in Canada on EB games. On that matter, it seems that the Yakuza 0 entry disappeared on Amazon.ca - maybe they're updating it to this edition?

Actually not true. Yakuza 2 has already had a HD release on the PS3 (Japan only of course), 1 & 2 HD was released together before Kiwami (which introduced the new fighting system, 1 & 2 HD was just higher res graphics). See here:

Of course a PS3 version doesn't really help anyone anymore even if they localise it. They could of course release the original PS2 version of Yakuza 2 as a virtual console classic on PS4 (since it's already localized).

Damn it Sega I just did a cover and now you release a physical cover for a game that never came out physically... I'll just keep my Japanese copy in the it!
