I'm about 6'5" and about 220 (196cm and 100kg) and I'm using the stock seat. I added the [OEM tank pads] (https://www.amazon.com/2016-2018-YAMAHA-XSR900-SIDE-TANK/dp/B07FJRDJBX), which fixes the oddly shaped tank a bit, and lets my knees fit better around the tank. I was out on a 2 hour ride this weekend without any bum issues.

Been looking into adding a corbin seat as well, but hasn't really been a priority since I fit ok anyways.
