fwiw, i had a lot of radio interference problems on my heavyweight at robogames 2017, then i wrapped up all the high amp wires inside the bot with EMI tape and it seemed to fix it.
Likely the case, but I'm still willing to try putting some conductive fabric tape around the SDR and the antenna cable routed through the body of the laptop to see what results I can get.
