I order it from Amazon 3 bottles at a time. It's cheaper per bottle that way, $10 for 3, instead of $8 for one at Ulta.

Will be dry to gentle touch in minutes (I can usually start typing again within about 10 minutes of finishing my nails) and totally dry within a couple of hours. Absolute game changer :-)
