  1. Depends on what printer you are using. I use a dymo 450 with 30334 labels from HouseLabels. If you use a LaserJet, you can use 30 up labels, but I'm not experienced with those.

  2. HouseLabels have good prices for mine. I'd just search Amazon and eBay and see what's cheapest with the best reviews.

  3. Yes, unless you are doing co-mingled. You can either label the items yourself or have Amazon do it for .20 an item.
