I'm surprised this doesn't exist online. I have it in book form, it's called "A child's garden of grass": http://www.amazon.com/childs-garden-official-handbook-marijuana/dp/0843103469". It's dated, so in terms of quantities and prices it's off since potency has increased significantly. But all the other advice is presented in a straightforward, humorous and informative style.

You might want to read A Child's Garden of Grass, though some of the advice may be a bit outdated, given the increased potency of modern strains (at least, that's what Ernie Lundquist tells me).

I remember leafing through a copy in the late 70's. There's this little online store that has a few copies still.
