Used Book in Good Condition
For a historical overview of the resurgence of the hijab, I like this book by Leila Ahmed. You get a lot of discussion of politics, social activism, feminism, etc.
Some articles. Full disclosure most of these I only scanned. But you can google feminist hijab or feminist hijabi or similar things and get a lot of results.
