There is no NA home video version. If you are referring to this version, which is around $40 USD, you bought the official release from Hong Kong, which does include English subtitles along with Chinese subtitles and audio. As it's not included in English-speaking territories, it wouldn't have the English dub produced by All the Anime.
for what its worth i bought this hong kong version and the subs are perfect. the bluray feels legit but i can't be 100% sure.
regardless i'll be buying the dub when it releases as well
I've seen a few region A (NA) Blu-rays on Amazon, although they're all like $40 and I'm not sure how legitimate they are.
Honestly there's no real time frame for when it will get an official NA release, but I'm sure it will eventually. My tactic when it comes to things like this that I really want to watch is to find a place to watch it online, and then support the official release as soon as it's available.
I don't know too much about this, but I think Japan and the U.S. are in the same Blu-ray region, so even if it was region locked it should work on a U.S. player if you buy it from Japan (or other countries from the same region. Edit: here's a map). It hasn't been released (or it wasn't a few months ago) in the U.S., it's out in the U.K. but those Blu-rays precisely would be locked in America. I think it should work if you import it from Japan, but I'm not sure if it includes English subtitles.
Edit: This one should work because it's region A (however it doesn't have English dub, only subtitles). It's also sold here but looks like this one only has Japanese subtitles.
Most likely, the Japanese standard edition is listed with the ridiculous price of $85. This is the Hong Kong version, still priced non-competitively compared to other retailers.
If anyone stumbles across this thread looking for Blu-ray information, please do not waste your money on these marked up imports. There are other reliable retailers that will charge less even with shipping.
