Canned tuna, shrimp, fish, and stage 1 meat baby foods always tempted my CKD cat in a pinch. I sometimes pureed them in a blender with Fancy Feast; other times, I gave them as is, maybe minced and bound with an egg yolk if needed. When the situation was dire, I also gave liquid CliniCare and CatSure as a treat or blended with wet food boost calories. Pure bonito flakes are also like kitty crack and can be crushed on top of food or given directly.
Re the constipation: It was an ongoing challenge with my cat. If it's ongoing with yours, you might talk with your vet about mixing canned pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) to her food. A can costs a buck or two, it can be frozen in ice cube trays, and a teaspoon or so a day could work wonders. MiraLAX is another option but sticking with wet foods and trying pumpkin first is probably best.
I just went through this with my kitty with Lymphoma. I ordered this and this. I had to syringe feed mine in the end- just heat it up in the microwave for about 10 seconds, mix with a little water if needed, and suck it up into the syringe, then give a little at a time slowly into the side of their mouth (put some in, let them swallow and take a breath, repeat). You need to give a good 3-4 syringes full twice a day. You might also ask your vet about an e-tube.
