Luckily that game isn't too demanding, looks like it'll run on Intel HD graphics.
If you wanted to run at higher settings, or even play some different games you could look at getting one with a dedicated GPU.

If you are okay with refurbished then I would recommend the Acer nitro it has a GTX 1050 which should handle wow .
These series not bad. But some users says it have thermal problem. I will buy nitro 5 an515-54

That one costs 100 more and has a dedocated GPU and has a decent CPU. Its a renewed machine. Probably returned or was used to be displayed in a store. If it has any malfunctions you can always return it for full price. The machine should work perfectly and its a big improvement over the one you showed.
Only downside is it does NOT include an ssd
If you can put 30usd more you can get even thia machine that is way better and has an ssd
