If you want to make this yourself without spending a fortune on real tanks, cases, etc., you could probably fake it easily enough.
For your tank, get a couple acrylic display dome cloches and spray them with metallic paint. The hardware components look a little harder to come by for me. Maybe others will be more help. Seems like you could cobble some stuff together (hinges and gate springs, etc) that look somewhat similar.
