Not PIAA but I know two STs that have used these for a couple years now. They look great in person. Just be warned that changing the actual bulbs is a huge pain in the ass. Ford let their special ed class design the fog light housings or something.

I don't know much about reputable lighting brands, but mine had good reviews and I believe someone commented about them having a better cooling method than many others, or something like that..
I'm very happy with them. Tbh the fogs in our cars don't seem to make the biggest difference ever when it comes to lighting up the road, but these help a tiny bit and the color is a greenish yellow, so they stand out a bit and look great imo.
