Don't use a solid material as it will retain moisture and grow mold. Humans sweat a LOT.

Just install a regular slatted bed frame. It's lightweight and inexpensive.

Edit: or possibly even this

You've probably got 50% more usable room than I do then lengthwise. If it doesn't fit as is, I recommend making a platform and making it fit. It's pretty dirt simple. I used one of these, unbolted the two halves, ratchet strapped them back together with 1 section of overlap (to shorten the platform), and built some stands to keep it elevated over the chairs. There's plenty of storage space under the bed, too. The entire thing collapses for storage by just loosening the ratchet straps, which lets the contraption fold freely. It can also easily be broken down into halves by completely removing the straps. Either way takes <1 minute.

Let me know if it works out and I hope you have that awesome vacation :).

Strong storage beds that are strong are gonna be hella pricey. You need to reinforce from frame to floor not just frame or the bed will start to wobble and eventually fall. It is like standing on a cheap table the top will probably not break but the legs might snap.

Honestly i would recommend one of these frames. Its $60 and 14 inches off the ground so you can fit an entire laundry hamper under there.

I suggest buying this a $10 bed skirt and some large containers for organization. I have a queen size version of this that has a full sized laundry hamper and 3 large tupperware containers under it. They are holding my winter bedding and all my winter clothes like my jackets, gloves, boots ect.
