The only budget mouse that has similar size and shape like that of the G300S is the MSI Interceptor for 1.3K
It seems you like small mice, as the G300S is indeed smaller than an average sized gaming mouse nowadays. There's also Asus Cerberus which has almost the same size and shape of the G300S.
My personal suggestion is that - if you're familiar with a specific model of mouse, don't try to change it. You'll end up trying a dozen of mice, and at the end will ultimately return to the G300S. My best suggestion would be to get another G300S.
Regarding the mousepad : See, there is no point spending to get a Steelseries QCK Medium or any Logitech Medium sized mousepad over the QCK Sims 4 Edition that I suggested. You'll only be spending the money more, no use.
If you don't wanna get the QCK Sims 4 at 50 bucks and you're willing to spend, get something better - Get this Amazon Basics Extended Mousepad. It's a rebranded QCK mousepad from Steelseries, premium quality and is extended - so huge space for low DPI to work with!
I looked for one but couldn’t find any on sale aside from the amazon basics one. It is 92cm x 30cm compared to a lot of others which are 90x40 giving more room for vertical movement. It is 41% off but still about the same price as the others that are not on sale.
