all of your stations come from the west.. so hopefully you have a west side window or at least one that can see 286 degrees magnetic west .. get an app for your phone and find out
also hopefully nothing is in your path like another large building.
ABC and CW are VHF the rest are UHF

even with a very basic antenna you should get everything in green saying Good
something like the wingard flatwave will probably bring in a good number of stations .. if you are shopping for one like that you don't want to get one with an amplifier on it

when you are positioning these types of antennas the signal should go through the big flat part of the antenna... so lets say you had a window in perfect position where you look straight out and see 286 magnetic.. mounting the antenna flat on the window would be the right way...
so lets say you don't have a window in perfect position.. then you need to mount the antenna on a piece of cardboard and maybe hang it from a string and position it correctly

If ABC and CW don't come in and you really want them then you will have to get an antenna that can do VHF

This clearstream antenna is somewhat expensive but it does vhf ok.. not great but that bar is 23 inches wide so you can estimate how big this antenna is.. its not really big
I would probably go with a 2max vs that 1max if money isn't a issue and it always should be.. but often you can find them reconditioned on EBAY for $30 .. but that 1Max should be enough too.
If you decide you want to go with a better antenna on your roof or in your attic or maybe under your overhang outside then ask again.
but you should get a bunch of stations pretty well
