Or even a loofah on a handle! I have very inflexible arms, so I use a loofah strip with handles like this to scrub my back. I love it. You could use it to scrub anywhere, really. Plus you can chuck it in the washing machine.

[Male] I've got fairly severe body acne and a mild case of rosacea (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosacea) (damn you Dutch genes....) Haven't ever gone to the doctor for it, but it's been... difficult. I have a hard time viewing myself as attractive as a result. Have an amazing girlfriend who still finds me attractive in spite of it all.

That is to say: The right person will still thing you're beautiful. Someone who is repulsed by it probably isn't worth your time.

Something I've done in recent weeks that has severely reduced the amount of body acne...

This: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000535RD/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00

Used with this:

I tried this:

But it wasn't NEARLY as effective as the Neutrogena for my specific skin.

It hasn't made things go away completely, but it's reduced them enough that I was able to go to a water park last week with my girlfriend and her family and had enough courage to not wear a shirt all day long.

I've also found that spending a few days in the sun and letting my skin soak in the rays will certainly alleviate the appearance as well and hide some of the scarring. The body acne started when I was about 15 (now 25) so it's not an insignificant amount. Face is 99.9% clear all the time - just back, shoulders, etc.

Eventually, I'll go in to a dermatologist for it, but in the meantime... limiting chocolate intake (sad day...) and the linked products have drastically reduced it to the point where it's now mostly sub-surface and leftover scarring.

I'm glad you're still alive. Suicide is always tragic. Stiff upper lip, chin up, all that jazz.

I use this to help me reach. It also helps with the dead skin. I also use Hollywood Beauty to cut down on using the topical cream. (Ive noticed the creams start to discolor my skin really bad after long term use.) I swear by this stuff. Tea Tree oil really helps out my psoriasis. I saw an immediate difference in the severity after a few days. I put it on with the scrubber at the end of my shower and do not wash it off my back. When i get out I do not wash it off with a towel. The oil will seep into your sink.

I hope this helps! I really think you'll like it if you try.

Try a 2% pyrithione zinc soap with something like a hemp/sisal or net rope (do not scrub it hard, just be sure to get complete coverage) and follow that with Paula's choice body lotion with BHA
