I've done on magic cards on clear label paper, you can print inkjet onto them, acetone to blank a real card, then stick it on and cut them. you can fit 8 or 9 per sheet depending on margins. I always double sleeve them to prevent peeling. They have a very slight additional thickness but it's not really noticeable.
