Color = sweet, so you might have to live with that and make Midori drinks, unless you're just adding food dye or ...

FLOWER EXTRACT!

Amazon example, not shilling.

You can make blue and purple drinks with this, provided your cocktail is normally clear-ish.

Apparently blue corpse revivers are a thing but that sounds terrible and a waste of Lillet and absinthe.

You can infuse Pandan leaves into a syrup to get a very bright green. The powdered version will likely give you the brightest color. It also has a wonderful nutty flavor that is great balanced with other ingredients.

I've used the pre-made B'Lure Butterfly Pea flower extract that appears to be all natural ingredients with underwhelming success. It takes a lot of it to really give an intense color, but it's cool when it changes to pink when it comes in contact with acid. Try freezing a lemon or lime slice in an ice sphere (freeze the citrus slice by itself before putting in the sphere mold with water), then watch the drink change color as the ice melts.

It's not too bad on Amazon US, but I just got this since I only make drinks at my apartment, and never more than 4 at a time. If I brewed tea each time I'd end up dumping a lot of it, and it would change the flavor of the drink.

I'm also a big fan of floral flavors in my Food, so I keep [rosewater](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001AO2HEM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Pa5PzbJN62GHB,[orange-blossom water](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001949REG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Cw5Pzb3AYNV0W), jasmine essence, lavender bud sugar, wild hibiscus flowers, butterfly pea buds and extract and candied flower petals like violet and rose in my pantry and cupboards at all times. If you want to jazz-up a cup of tea, make a pound cake more fancy, whip up a cocktail or make your own gummy or hard candy - having floral ingredients like these on hand lets you make any meal more luxurious.

I wonder how well the extract would work for coloring/flavoring?
