not AB, but this is affordable for we US folks and doesn't have that shiny-sticky thing going on or require a ton of blending. i've heard the neutrogena beach defense is more tenacious if you need something waterproof.
Oh no, I hope it's not discontinued! I bought it in a CVS originally but I've been buying it on Amazon, it's still available there if you feel like giving it a try. Obviously it's an individual preference thing but it just feels like body lotion to me.
