Not ignorant, just hadn't asked yet. I use a pipette, others like a blunt syringe, both can be had cheap somewhere like Amazon or eBay. Can probably grab sample vials too. https://www.amazon.com/BCP-50pcs-Plastic-Graduated-Orange/dp/B07BBK3Y4D vials and https://www.amazon.com/Basic-Essential-Bottles-Disposable-Graduated/dp/B073WLCQWD pipettes. $16 and set for all the ink you can imagine, both wash out so you will use these for long time.

But all I do is pour it on a shed worktable since I know I'll spill it and it won't matter where it goes.
Oh - and if I use marking dye there is 100.00% chance I spill this or get this on my hands.
