This is what i'm currently using. Have been using it for months almost completely filled with cards and have had no problems with it. Would always prefer top loading to side loading but I believe the only way to achieve in a binder is the original FOUR binder. FOUR V2 is side loading.

Similar to wht you linked, but cheaper. I'm very happy with them.
All of my decks are double-sleeved in the previous gen kmc pro-mattes and perfect fits, and inside color-coded ultra-pro magnetic faux-leather boxes.
