If you're going to do voiceover semi-regularly to very often on even your own projects casually, it's worth doing better than the Blue Yeti or Snowball. You can get a much better sound than that if you can manage a little more cash—I'm sure you can get creative.

All XLR condenser microphones, which means that you also need an interface and an XLR cable. The Focusrite Scarlett is the most popular and most affordable.
I'd recommend a new mic. SM58s for soft vocals are definitely sub-par. I don't know enough about mics to suggest one, but the one I got to replace an SM57 for non-scream vocals is a Behringer B-1
Other than that, if you had a bigger budget (or maybe $400 if you don't need 6 inputs) I'd recommend a better interface. Focusrite Scarlett preamps are far from the best and if you only need 1 or 2 inputs you can get a really good interface with ADAT as well for close to that
