Yes, I have used these with mine and it works well.
I don't know of any made my Goruck but there are plenty of other brad ones that do this.
It's padded a decent amount but I wouldn't trust it if you throw it down on the ground.
I've personally got this attached to mine and it works quite well. If I had to get it again I would probably go for a skeletonized one.
I can't tell what I have in there when I just have my laptop power brick, but like wags_01 mentioned, it isn't very thick and isn't designed to hide anything.
