I love this little notepad. It's even got the little reminder on the pad to help you keep track of your water intake. If you are anything like me you have a ton of things to do and lists make life so much easier!
It's got a date spot, a "to do" - always got something to do/bills to pay/cleaning or laundry to get done, "to buy" - I always have a running tab on that, "to call" - great for appts, etc, "today I'm grateful for" - because often times we forget that, meals - because I'm always forgetting what I had planned for dinner that day, and lastly "exercise" - umm.. what's that? ROFL
