Boker Plus Urban Trapper Cocobolo would fit beautifully into this line.
Boker Plus Urban Trapper Cocobolo
Wife picked it up at Amazon.
It seems like an almost perfect EDC when wearing business attire. The opening mechanism is crisp, smooth, and somewhat less threatening than many other knives I have seen.
The only thing that caught me off guard is how light it is. I'm not sure if it is a good or bad thing, but it weighs about half as much as any other knife I own.

The boker plus is a far superior knife to the crkt thats the one i would purchase.
Boker kwaiken.
Edit: It's classy, relatively small, and not as threatening as a PM2. If looking scary plays a factor, maybe get the Boker Urban Trapper or the classic. Comes in Cocobolo and Carbon Fiber. And of course the G10.
With the Kwaiken, comes in Carbon Fiber, stonewash titanium, G10 and Micarta. Could also get the mini-kwaiken
Edit2: OOR you can get the buck 055. Tiny ass knife that you barely notice is there, doesn't need a clip, and is the opposite of intimidating.
I have two manual flippers that I love, the Boker Urban Trapper and the Kershaw Skyline. The Trapper is a 3.5" blade and the Skyline is 3", so I'm not sure if that is larger than you want or not.
The other one that I really like is the Kershaw Chill, although the steel isn't great.
