Many websites that sell the game have split-screen listed as a feature on the pages for the pc versions of the game. One of the first lines on the description says "...go old-school with two-player split-screen couch sharing mayhem"
Also, if you go to 11:20 on this video by IGN http://uk.ign.com/videos/2012/02/22/ign-rewind-theater-borderlands-2-doomsday-trailer you'll hear them say that split-screen is in all versions of the game including PC.
I saw that yes but it was less expensive on DLgamer (£26.40 against £30).
I just realize that the voucher works on the UK version of the GMG so you can have it at £22.5 = 28.3€. Great deal !
Edit : You can also purchase it on Amazon at £25 (31.5€), physical version. Free delivered in UK.
I ordered a copy from amazon here, and was able to pay an extra £5 or so to have it delivered on the release date.
Yes, on steam you can get it. The digital downloadable version, you don't have to pay more for a retail one. [Steam page with information about preorder "crap"] (http://store.steampowered.com/app/49520/), if you live in Europe i think this one is cheaper, but it's the phisical version and it may a couple of days to deliver after release.
