Just so we're clear, I'm talking about the large Bovedas.

Here's some more information from Boveda

What about using a 2 way humidity pack, like this?

These are very popular with cigar smokers, because it either gives off or absorbs moisture, depending on the relative humidity of the container. I use these for whenever I pick up and it makes the dry weed have a better consistency and it keeps the kush dank.

Cool, I bought a 12 pack of 60g boveda packs.

For some reason I thought the thermoelectric units didn't need humidification on my part other than adding water to the tray they come with.

I bought this one from Walmart on sale for $310.00 To my knowledge, none of them come with a digital hygrometer. I use this one and have had no problems. Finally, I keep 8 of these for the humidity. 72 is a tad high but using only 8 in that large of space keeps my humidity level down around 68%. I liked the drawers more than the shelves so I'm having custom drawers made for the entire thing. I can't comment on which humidifier would be best, as I use Boveda packs. No need for water or running cords inside to plug it in.
