Yes, still 5V. You may not find one in a wall-wart form, they're quite commonly like this:

And you need to use 14ga wire or thicker to run to the HAT (standard housing circuit wire will do). And if possible split the power and feed it to each board instead of daisy chaining it from board to board (otherwise you'll generate a lot more heat in the first boards).
