The thing that REALLY worked for me in the beginning and still does is how much water I drink during the day. I cut out sodas, juice, and anything that wasn't water or coffee and DAMN, the difference was insane. I take a 72oz keg around everywhere I go and try my best to finish it by the end of the day, and refill even. It keeps you energized, hydrated, curbs your appetite, keeps your skin looking good, and I mean, your body is 75% water so why not replenish with what it's made off. Also, it's free. Sign you're dehydrated is yellow urine- meaning toxins your body isn't flushing out. Urine should be clear. That would be my best advice- it's easy to make increased water consumption a habit. It keeps ice water for about 14 hours. I love it. I love that it's big even though I constantly get made fun of for it. I lug it around everywhere. But I needed something smaller so I'm excited for the new bottle.

I will drink a ton of water in a day if it's icy cold.
