Not a service but lots of DIY hobby electronics folks use small buck converters for this sort of thing. (Example link below, I am not affiliated or recommending that product.)

You can get them cheaper if buying in bulk from eg. Aliexpress

Honestly everything will be Chinese this sort of stuff is basically not made elsewhere, just rebranded.

I had a barrel connector to a pigtail. Wired that to power supply. USB out and it's worked like a charm.
