L-Citrulline is a NO2 booster and a vascular dilator (increases the flexiblity of the vascular walls). While this won't help with your diabetes, it *might* *maybe* help *delay* the onset of diabetic heuropathy. Which BTW, will really hurt your erections.

If by "diabetic" you mean type II, then it may not be your fault, but it's choices you make every day that make it better or worse.

If you're more into your busy lifestyle than having a good sex life with your wife, then let me predict your future: Diabetic neuropathy--you'll lose feeling in your toes and penis. Kidney failure and dialysis and lots of other really shitty things--I'm watching my FIL go through this right now.

Or you can decide to carve out 5 hours a week to exercise and make better choices at the table. Three times a week lift weights and stretch for 1 hour, and 3 times a week do 30 minutes of cardio. 5 hours. Eat the food you're suppose to eat. That's it. Your blood sugar will drop, your stomach will get flatter--which will make your dick seem bigger, and you'll be able to stay harder longer.

Waxy Maize

I'm currently using a mix very similar to the above listed ingredients and it works very well!

I would like to just take a pre-mixed powder, but it seems like they all have caffeine, which I'm not a fan of for working out in the evening.

I'm also somewhat interested in Agmatine Sulfate and Phenylethylamine. Anyone have any opinions on those two chemicals?

I'm not sure the nitrate content, but this is what I use:

Beet Juice Powder

Along with: L-Citrulline


I mix about two scoops of the Beet powder and 1tsp of L-Citrulline. I find it to be extremely effective. I have used all sorts of pre-workout powders over the years. Some with caffeine, some without, and all sorts of different ingredients. I have beeng using this concoction exclusively for the past 2 months and it's the best thing I've ever used for a pre-workout. If your doing 2 scoops its turns out to be about 64 servings for $27.
