They are just run of the mill terminals, the ones that you can pick up from any autoparts or hardware store.

Something like this... https://www.amazon.com/Connectors-Sopoby-Assorted-Insulated-Terminals/dp/B01F07UMNW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1535816243&sr=8-4&keywords=insulated+bullet+connectors

Not pretty, They will be bulky and messy. You will have to label them to keep them, as they are individual, and not ganged together.

But, you can get enough parts for 50 circuits, for 10USD or less

I'm not sure the McHF decodes CW well because humans don't exactly follow a strict schema so I wouldn't really trust it. Might be okay for propagation beacons or computer generated CW. Do you have a CW key? Any 12V battery would work. I'm a fan of 7aH batteries personally because they are cheap and don't need a special charger. The trade off is weight. As for a dipole, roll your own. Mine is made from this, this, this and and this. You can make it multi-band with these and the Linked antenna designer tab on this page. **Edit for major formatting issues.

It's part of the burner assembly. You can't order it by itself. TBH, you could just cut and strip both ends and connect them with a wire nut. Crimp-on bullet connectors would also work... you might even find a female connector that fits the pin on the new piezo igniter. Any auto parts store would have them by the bulbs and wiring stuff.

What gauge are the motor wires? It's hard to tell from your pictures, but it looks like those connectors are a bit large. They fit wire gauges 1.5-2.5mm. If the wires are 1.5mm, something like this https://www.amazon.com/Connectors-Sopoby-Assorted-Insulated-Terminals/dp/B01F07UMNW may be more idiot-proof. I say that because you have two sets of yellow/blue/green wires so there's a chance you could cross-connect the same colors. But if you put a red connector on one yellow wire and a blue connector on the other yellow wire, it would be hard to cross-connect the yellow wires.
