You'll want room for whatever you are writing the recipes on and room for a picture (and do include a picture!). Take a look at some of the recipes you have-will they fit on a single card or will some need space for both sizes?
I've seen these done a couple ways, one like the link I posted, one in a smaller album (8x8 US size) where the entire page was the recipe and small Instagram sized pictures were added to the top or bottom. I prefer the one like the Amazon link, but I also am more visual.
The items you'd link to would also work, just also give some thought as to how you'd use the book-if you would actually use it in the kitchen, you'll want recipes to be in a large enough font/writing to be easy to read and that the entire recipe could be seen without taking the card out.
