I have a lot of things under the desk. Two power bars screwed to it, a Phillips hue bridge, a 5 port switch, network cables, HDMI etc. I even attached my g29 steering wheel power adapter to the bottom of the desk, I just grab the power cable when I put my wheel on my desk.
These clips you can open them and put wires in and out, so easy to add lines or take them out
