I just heard about a "rimming plug" by b-vibe that could be interesting. The other toys I know of that are meant to feel like a tongue are designed for external use.. which should suit your needs fine, just make sure you're not trying to insert them anywhere. Check out Lelo's Ora 2, Cal Exotic's ridiculously named Gyrating Pleasing Flutter, Jimmyjane's Form 3, and Je Joue's Sasi if you can manage to find it. Most of those are pricy and have very mixed reviews, so YMMV.
An awesome ejaculating dildo is The Semenette. The current model has a 1.5 inch diameter, which may be bigger than you're used to, but isn't impossibly large for most people. I hear they have a new model in the works, too.
