The fan is quite pricie, but i love it already - various speed, automatic lead open/close, rain sensor, in and out air blowing direction, temperature on/off sensor. I hope fans will last long for me!
Hmm. When you say butyl tape, is that the same as putty tape? I bought this for my install. Just assumed it was right. Now I'm not so sure...
