I have a set like these but don't like them.
The main issue is...it is a pain to constantly unscrew or screw on each plate every time you want to change the weight. Many exercises are done at different weights depending on what muscle you want to exercise.
Also, the length of the bars is rather long, sometimes the ends of the bars can hit your thighs or sides on certain motions.
