There's dozens of exercises you can do with kettlebells, you can get full body workouts, and do a lot of interesting stuff.
You can curl them for biceps, row them for back, press them for shoulders/tris, squat with them, put it on your chest for sit-ups, hook your foot for weighted leg/toe raises, use it as a platform for uneven pushups or put it on your back for weighted pushups, carry them for side-bends or farmer walk, or even just use it to help stretch out.
If you're spending $100, I'm guessing it's something like the CAP set off Amazon? I have a few of that brand, worth every cent.
