Hey! I'm 3 months post op and am still wearing the same bras I've been using since my surgery. They are VERY soft and there are no big thick elastic a that dig in like the one they'll send you home in. I cannot recommend this bra enough, it's so comfortable it's like it's not even there!

My problem with the one they sent me home in was that the straps were always digging in, and the big band underneath actually chafed me to the point where I have scars (other than my surgical ones) on the skin underneath my breasts. When you've just had surgery, it is the LAST thing you want to worry about. Most surgical bras can be expensive and this one I think is like $30-$40. For reference, I went from a J to somewhere between a DD-H (still not sure, still maybe a little swollen), and I wear an XL.

Good luck!!
