I got mine from Amazon.
No, I have this one. It is well padded inside, and the way the padding is arranged I don't worry about it scratching the MBP, the inside or the zipper.
On the keyboard protector, I had this one. It stayed on the keyboard decently for a week or so, then it started leaving marks on the display, depending on how the MBP was angled in the bag. I decided taking the chance without one was a much better typing experience.
I have read bad reviews about screen protector damaging the screen, especially some coating that is on it. No experience myself, but I can't imagine damaging the screen in normal use, and otherwise, I have AppleCare.
I am also curious if a case will lead to overheating. I am going to try the Moshi and see what happens. I had this case. It is now not like the photos, they are shipping a newer model. It has plastic all the way up the back of the MBP, coming between the body and the screen beside the hinge. I do not trust having anything there, so I sent it back to try the Moshi iGlaze cover.
