That being said, I'm wearing a Mossimo watch I got from Target for $13.98. A boy can dream, can't he?
I have this one and I love it! It meets all your requirements except being square and is analog / digital, which I really love. Amazon has it for over $100, but I found it for $90 on a random site after lots of searching a few months back.

I just got a G-shock awg100. So far I love it. It's relatively small for a G-shock. The atomic feature is pretty neat. The analog/digital thing was a little weird at first, but I got used to it quickly.
More seriously, if I were looking for a gshock I'd probably be leaning towards this one. Solar, atomic, chrono, WR 200. A touch over your budget, but not much.
A cheaper alternative, not solar, not atomic, and not as good looking, but still WR 200 would be a DW6900.
