Luminox makes gorgeous watches but have a shitty customer service. Mine fogs up in cold weather sometimes, and while it does not seem to affect timekeeping, I never got a reply when I tried getting in touch with Luminox.
The band on mine just broke and until I get a replacement, I am wearing a Casio Riseman. Great watch too.

I wear a G-Shock Riseman when I'm out. It's rugged, does what I want it to do, and looks pretty slick to boot.
An altimeter watch would be cool for snowboarding.
